James H. Beusse, a founding member of the firm, was an “AV” rated attorney who practiced in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights, technology licensing, and related commercial matters. Jim had extensive experience in protection of computer hardware and software and obtained several hundred patents for various clients including leading manufacturing corporations and educational institutions.
