Last month we explained how the Ghost Face mask associated with the Scream movies was facing a tough time at the USPTO in becoming a registered trademark.
We ended that post pointing out that the applicant had until December 6, 2022 to try and convince the USPTO that the mask should be registered.
December 6 has come and gone, and the applicant did not respond to the USPTO’s Office Action.
Now, the application is listed as “Dead” and abandoned at the USPTO.
